Nov 12th - Embarkment!

We flew early this morning out of Santiago to Punta Arenas, Chile’s southernmost Patagonia region.
Of course, there were demonstrations here also. This area attracted many immigrants in the 1880s and early 1900s, many of which were Croatians and Russians. In one of the pictures, you can see Andes Mountain. Hopefully I’ll be able to get some internet in next few days! We will see :-)
